Mimi possesses a wealth of business knowledge and vast experience in leading multi-location, community-focused organizations. As Director of Marketing/Community Outreach for a 501c3 nonprofit social enterprise conglomerate she transformed the organization into a leading retail brand.
Through her expertise in business development: marketing, logistics, PR, copywriting, charity relations, networking and community outreach, she expertly led the expansion of the nonprofit from 3 to 5 retail outlets within a 4 year span- surpassing $600K in monthly revenues. Notably, as a Director, she also produced the highest revenue levels in the company’s history.
She married in 2015 and subsequently resigned from the nonprofit in 2016 to relocate to Northern Virginia with her husband and family. Because of her stellar reputation she was immediately offered various career opportunities, but decided to create her boutique agency — choosing the entrepreneur life to shift more of her focus onto family & work/life balance.
